In the employment context, Leemore is familiar with all aspects of wage and hour claims under federal and state statutes, and has defended companies in governmental queries related to employment allegations.
Leemore is well-versed in current e-discovery technologies, and guides clients through the ever-changing landscape of e-discovery and information management, both prior to and during litigation or a government investigation. Leemore formerly was a litigator and trial attorney with the law firms of Ervin Cohen & Jessup, Willenken Wilson Loh & Lieb, Holme Roberts & Owen LLP (currently Bryan Cave LLP), and Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.
Leemore earned her B.A. in Economics from the University of California, San Diego in 1998. She is a 2002 graduate of Loyola Law School, and was admitted to the California Bar in 2002.
